Turn around time: if customer supplies garment it's as soon as the next day. If garments are ordered by us, as little as 5 days.

Minimums: minimums for emb is 4 pieces, but we will do single piece orders for an extra charge which is mainly stitch count dependent. Direct to film has no minimums if customer supplies garments. 4 piece minimum if we supply.

Direct to film process: where full color images are printed directly on transfer film then applied to a wide variety of substrates including but not limited to: mugs. Sweatshirts. T shirts. Totes. Hats. Etc.

Direct to film durability: the ink once bonded is extremely durable given it's cared for properly. Never wash with bleach. Turn inside out to dry on low heat settings.

Rush orders/shipping: we do accommodate rush orders for a rush fee...order size dependent. And shipping is available practically anywhere for an additional charge.

File formats: you can send pdf. Jpeg. Png. And a wide variety of files for us to digitize. We stitch out of .dst

Digitizing fee: starts at $50 per logo but can increase depending on stitch count. This is a one time fee.
